解决方法，到数据库里面执行下面语句：

DELETE FROM `eav_attribute` WHERE `eav_attribute`.`attribute_code` = 'meta_robots';
DELETE FROM `core_resource` WHERE CODE = 'metarobots_setup';

如果运行出错，直接到数据库里把’meta_robots’和'metarobots_setup';干掉.
